Refunds

You have the right to cancel any order within seven days of your contract with Zala Group Ltd, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them, via a suitable carriage method.

Delivery

We will endeavour to despatch all orders placed by the following day.

We deliver to anywhere in the world, (please call for prices) Delivery can only go to the credit card holders registered address and checks will be carried out.

Out of stock items will go onto a backorder system and will be despatched when they are ready without notice.

Security

What information will you hold about me and will it be safe?

Information that we currently collect is as follows;

• Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and order details. We DO NOT store any credit card information that you enter.

• Other data, from time to time, to help us provide you with improved products and services

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are used to make the link between you and the information you have provided to the web site. This allows your shopping basket to be kept separate, and allows you to add products to your basket without the need to login. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, though you do not have to. If you disable cookies from your browser you will not be able to create a shopping basket or place an order. The cookies we store only hold your username, user id, name, email and your basket products.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

Is it safe to give my credit card details over the internet?

Any credit card information sent to us is encrypted (scrambled) via the secure Worldpay system while being sent over the Internet. When it reaches Worldpay they then encrypt the content so that it can only be read by authorised personnel. This makes it very difficult for anyone to intercept your details.

Returns

You may return most items sold by Zala Group Ltd within 14 days of delivery for a refund excluding any delivery charges.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including, but not limited to:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged.
